After two years, the project that involved nine European countries and empowered a Strong Youth Network for a Long Term Positive Change in CE Europe is about to be finished. What did we reach during the two years? Where should we head next? What kind of programs would we like to create together in the future? – the Malteser Youth International Network was trying to find answers for these questions during their meeting in October, in Germany.

Nine Countries on the Same Road
Reaching the common view, increasing motivation and communication, strengthening group cohesion – these were the objectives of the meeting of the Malteser Youth International Network in Poland, in the beginning of November. The hard work resulted in a new structure, promising project ideas and an elected leadership team, helping the journey of the network in the future.
Same, Same but Different
More than 20 representatives and youth leaders joined from 9 European countries to discuss the further steps in creating a strong youth network for a long term positive change. The main goal of the meeting was to find a common road where different ideas could be exchanged and reach a common understanding.
Inspire youth work that matters
Setting the vision of the Malteser Youth International Network was one of the goals of the meeting in Bratislava. Five working groups, new plans and future projects are forming among the nine partner countries.
How to set up a youth network?
Albania, Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Romania, Ukraine – youth leaders from Order of Malta Relief Organisations gathered from six countries on the first weekend of March in Romania. During the workshop they closed the international project going on for more than two years, and at the same time they started to build the foundations of a long term cooperation.
